Trask River RV Park’s Terms and Conditions
5 MPH in the Park
Dogs must be on leash at all times (NOT TIED TO CABINS AND NO BIG DOGS OVER 12# IN CABINS)
Clean up after your pet
Quiet time from 10pm to 8AM
No riding ATV’s in the park
Campfires in pits only (Cabins firepits only on gravel NOT driveway or grass)
Leaving the park is ok
Supervise children, be responsible for their auctions and safety. Have knowledge of their whereabouts at all times.
Absolutely NO underage drinking allowed
No loud music – please be respectful of your fellow campers
Do not operate a motorized or non-motorized vehicle of any sort while under the influence
No drugs of any kind allowed on the property.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PUT ALL YOUR GARBAGE IN GARBAGE TRAILER BY STORE WHEN YOU LEAVE
Bouncy houses release: I give my child under the age of 18 permission to jump on the bouncy houses. I will not hold Jay Williamson or Trask River RV and Grocery liable.
Tent Fee in RV site with an rv an additional $35/day
Pet Fee: For lodging units only, pets are $20/day. If the lodging unit has pet damage upon departure, you may be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $250
Cabin damage: Guests are liable for damages done to the tiny house and cabins the repairs will be charged to the credit card on file.
**Cancellation Policy: ** Full refund if cancelled within 14 days. However, NO refunds for cancellations during the summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day). For a cancellation and refund please call us at (503)812-4438. No refunds for early departure.
